The Pet Industry Awards Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment is required at the time of booking.
  2. There will be no refunds for ticket cancellations to the gala event, but substitutions may be made up to 5 days before the event.
  3. In case the event is canceled and rescheduled due to Force Majeure, you have a 24-hour window to inform us of your availability. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in the assumption that you are attending, and you will forfeit the payment.
  4. By registering for The Pet Industry Awards, you agree to share your contact details with our partners for promotional purposes.
  5. To participate in the awards, you need to have a valid trade license. It is against the rules to partake in the sale of dogs and cats.
  6. Cheating to get more votes, such as bribing social media followers or using voting bots, will result in disqualification.
  7. If you’d like to enter after the deadline has closed, please note that this is at the discretion of the organisers. Kindly email hello@petindustryawards.com to be considered.
  8. Individuals who are drunk and behaving in an abusive manner will be escorted out of the gala event premises.
